Part nrs

Im about to order a quaife for my car(Civic Type R EP3), but before I did, I wanted to confirm the part nr for it. So for the once who have installed this to their car could you please just confirm that this is the same.
Is it QDF9U?

Second. I would like to change the bearings at the same time as I change the dif. Anyone who could help me out with the part nr on this for my car?

My lsd had the same part number when i ordered it.

Not sure about the bearings,i delivered the lsd to a mechanic and he
fitted it.I guess he used the stock bearings.
