Itinerary

08:30: Drivers Safety Briefing
09:00: Driving Starts with Sighting Laps
12:30: Break for Lunch
13:30: Afternoon Driving Resumes

This event will be run as open pit lane.
Directions
• From Calais take the E40/A16 towards Dunkerque
• Take E4/A10 towards Gent
• At Gent, follow E17/A14 towards Antwerpen
• At Antwerpen, follow E19/A1 then E19/A16 towards Rotterdam
• At Rotterdam, follow A20 towards Den Haag & Hoek Van Holland
• Exit at E19/A4 towards Leiden & Amsterdam
• Take N201 towards Zandvoort
• Turn right off this road onto Kostverlorenstraat
• This road bears round to the right and becomes Sophiaweg and then Van Lennepweg
• At roundabout take the third exit staying on Lennepweg
• As the road bears round to the right it becomes Burgemeester Van Alphenstraat
• The circuit is situated near the end of this road on the right hand side
Petrol
There are a number of fuel stations in the town near the circuit. Please ask for directions on the day.
Facilities
There is a restaurant at the circuit that opens during the middle of the day. Drinks and snacks are available all day in the garage BookaTrack.com are based in, near the pit lane exit.
Garages can be reserved for £100. Please note that no garages will be available on the day free of charge. If you wish to reserve a garage on the day you will need to arrange this with the circuit direct.
Requirements
The only requirements are that all drivers, passengers and spectators sign our indemnity and that anyone going out onto the circuit wears a helmet. Helmets are available to hire at £10 per day and if you haven't already specified one when booking you are advised to do so to ensure we bring enough along.
All drivers must attend a safety briefing at 08:30. Any drivers who have not signed on by this this point will have to wait for a later breifing at approximately 09:30. Unscheduled briefings will not be held for second drivers.
Regardless of weather conditions anybody that goes out on track must have covered arms and legs.
No cars running slick tyres will be permitted to go out on track without adequate roll over protection.
2nd Drivers and Passengers
We are unique in not charging for passengers or 2nd Drivers (as long as second drivers are at the main briefing). Third drivers are charged at £50 per driver. Spectators are of course welcome as well. Children under 16 years must be accompanied at all times by an adult but will not be allowed onto the track or pit lane. Please note that motor racing circuit are not appropriate or safe places for small children.
Instruction
Tuition will be available all day. The cost is £25 per 20 minute session and is strongly recommended for beginners and newcomers to the venue. Instruction can be booked via the website booking system or can be arranged on the day.
Tyres
Are available for fitting on-site at very competitive prices. Contact us or visit the Shopping area of our website for pricing. You must let us know asap if you require tyres fitting at the event.
A mechanic will be onsite all day offering tyre / wheel changing facilities and some mechanical work. For more information on this service please reply to this email.
Photographs
There will be a photographer in attendance on the day taking pictures of all participants. Photographs can be purchased via the website after the event or pre-booked with a 10% discount via the website.
