Like the topic says.

Dont know if I trust the ad here. Looks a bit shady, I get a bit nervous with the chip. Dont think its good for the engine in the long run to have the limiter at 10 000 rpm.

So if anyone know about this car. Please let me know.

I don't know the car but there are indeed a few things that make me wonder.

1: the pics (looks like a worn down Civic)
2: trade in possible for trader prices (trader prices? this guy is a trader?)

I dunno, doesn't feel right for some reason...

190 PK , VTEC bij 5500 rpm (lekker standaard), etc.... naam Appie.....veel te duur.

I think he is a trader. He is selling several cars.
I think its a bit fishy too. The KM does not look right, and the way he talks about the car doesnt sound right.

regelbare chiptuning ( chip uit begrenst op 8.200 rpm, vtec slaat aan op 5.500 rpm. chip aan 10.000 rpm begrenst, nokkenassen verdraaien op 6.200 rpm. + 12 pk

VTEC and twisting cams? Seems a bit strage to me.
And is the fuelcut at 8200 or at 10.000 rpm?

49.000 km.....hahhaaa.....yeah right....type error i quess.

Ask him for a print from a dyno.......because 190 bhp with those mods is highly unlikely.... :-?

49.000 no way a car that's has been used for such few km. must be looking better than this one

because this would mean that the car has been in a garage for a few years or previous owner was a old lady :lol:
than the car would have to bling like a mothe.f....r :!:

First of all, you should ask for a dyno sheet so he can prove his big mouth with hard figures because I don't think he remotely has anything near 190 horse.

Secondly, look at the last picture. It has got tons of led to eliminate the imbalance of the wheel, which isn't.

Thirdly, It's got a hella cheap exhaust damper and looking at the mounting points it has home made brackets which really is NOT good...

Judging from the third picture there is a color difference between the passenger side door, rear panel and front screen.

It is an original Dutch car, which is a good sign.
It has been in his possession since 19-11-2007. That is not a long time but not short enough to arouse any suspicion.

And lastly it looks like s h i t under the hood. NO way it has 49k on it..

En ook bij kleur staat origineel Kleur(en) : ROOD

I mentioned the KM to him and he replied that he was not sure if it was correct, but that it was 47 000 two years ago when he bought it. Sounds like a lot of bull to me.

I have never met anybody who doesn't know the mileage on his car.....but let's assume he really doesn't know....then he should AND could have looked it up for you in a second..... :-?
